Civic Centre Dental Clinic
Project Overview
Civic Centre Dental had previously hired another web design agncy and despite them investing thousands for a website that was only 2 months old, it quickly became clear that it failed to represent their business adequately and did not distinguish itself from the of other dental clinic websites in the area. Feeling sorry for their unfortunate experience, we made it our mission to fix that.
🔍 The Problems:
- Lack of mobile responsiveness 📲
- Less than optimal user experience 😕
- Outdated design aesthetics 🎨
- Confusing navigation paths 🗺️
- Cluttered layout 🏗️
- Not enough visitors were booking appointment
🛠️ How we fixed it:
- Modernized the website's interface to reflect the clinic's latest technology & facilities🌟
- Drive patient engagement through interactive features 💬
- Make it easy for visitors to find information 🔍
- Display information in a bite size, well organized manner 🖥️
- Integrate the clinic's branding into the website design 🎨
- Enhance the site for mobile users 📱
- Intergrate patient testimonials to boost trust with new visitors
- Make booking an appointment compelling & effortless 📅
What this website did
Client: Civic Centre Dental, a dental clinic startup in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan.
Problem: a previous website, only two months old, did not represent the clinic and did not stand apart from other dental sites in the area. It was weak on phones and did not bring enough appointment requests.
What we built: a replacement site focused on trust, mobile use, and a simple way to book.
Result: more than 50 new patient appointments in the first month. This clinic is not in Montreal. We publish the number because it is the measured outcome we have, and Montreal projects are scoped the same way: a site built to turn visitors into appointments.
